Daniel Craig toon

This was a bid image. I thought of doing a cartoon render of Daniel Craig, the Bond actor, in the same style as what we see on those stock vector/cartoon sites. The image was pencil-sketched in Photoshop, and the sketch was imported in Illustrator, and then followed a very tedious and overly long phase where I kept guessing, second-guessing and ultimately settling for multiple levels of colour. The objective was to avoid using a single black stroke. Somehow, I haven't been able to get the smooth shading techniques right in Illustrator CS3. Maybe I need a little practice in it.
